			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is my 3 bedroom terrace house in Layton, Blackpool. It is about a mile away from the main town, but just around the corner from a bus stop that will take you just about anywhere local you could want to go from the town centre to the hospital and surrounding towns such as Lytham St Annes, Poulton Le Fylde or Cleveleys. My neighbours have all be residents on the street since before I arrived 8 years ago and are really nice. There is never a problem with parking on the street and there are no parking restrictions. There is a mini garden area at the front, so the house is set back from the pavement and a back garden, which is concreted at the moment, but would look nice with a bit of decking and maybe a barbecue as there are french doors leading out to it from the rear reception room, or it could be made into a nice cottage style garden as it gets the sun in the morning. Also, it is not overlooked by any other properties and there is quite a high fence between properties for privacy. There are local traditional shops, such as a grocer, florist, post office and butcher as well as everything from a lap top clinic to a co-op store. There is a public library just round the corner with internet access, a greek restaurant with an excellent local reputation and a friendly local pub. I have been very happy here, but have moved away to study, otherwise I would be staying put as it is a very freindly community. The house needs a bit of a face-lift, but I figured people always redecorate when they move in anyway, however, it is quite suitable to just move straight into as I have included the fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer,cooker, microwave, double bed and dining table and chairs in the price (or I can arrange to have them removed if you want &#8211; there is also a sofabed and wardrobe, but they have seen better days). <p>Going into the house throught the spacious vestibule, you enter an impressive hallway that benefits from laminate flooring. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s from the hallway that the upstairs can be accessed. Just off to the left is the cloakroom, the big utility room and the main lounge/family room is straight ahead to the right.<br />
